All product returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued upon return.
To ensure that you get your desired appointment time with a specific stylist, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the salon.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, filling out medical history forms, and getting settled.
We ask for the courtesy of a notice of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel your service. This will enable us enough time to contact and accommodate other guests who would love to use the time. If an appointment is not cancelled which results to be a no-show, you may be subject to a charge for that particular service.
